8) Deleting Your Account & Data
You can delete your Olive Green account, and the personal data attached to it, at any time and without contacting us. The option lives in the app under Settings → Security → Danger Zone, and requires you to type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
The app also offers a separate “Format Account Data” action, which erases your financial records but keeps your account open.
Deleting your account removes your sign-in credentials, profile details, transactions, budgets, categories, goals, IOUs, uploads, preferences and active sessions from our live systems. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, and we retain anonymised or aggregated data plus anything the law requires us to keep. If you can no longer sign in, email support@olivegreenroots.com from your registered address and we will delete the account for you.
9) Children’s Privacy
The Website and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10) Changes to This Policy
